Small and simple, Violet told me. She didn't want an extraordinary wedding that would cost us our life and souls. It looked like a giant wedding cake in it's self, the shingles even looked sleek and glossy.

A woman sat at the table writing in a journal, she had a look on her face as if she was waiting for someone. I stood next to her and placed my hand on her shoulder,

"Hi I'm Theodore, you are?" I took a deep look at her, she looked very familiar. "You must be Katelyn, The Wedding director." I started laughing, she a lot different when I met her. She nodded causally and lifted her head as if ready to begin. Violet and I took our spots and waited.

"Let's Begin with the guests." She started taking a paper out from her purse. On one side was for me and the other side was for Violet. She handed us both pens and went back to her work.

"Frankie, Nicole, Ruby, Sofia." Violet tapped her chin in thought, I had no one to invite but my brother Marcus. I vowed to myself to never see him again. I put a question mark by his name then turning my attention over to Violet's side.

"Who's Ruby, Sofia and Nicole? Is one of them your Mother?" I question peeking at her side. Violet turned to face me and smiled,

"Nicole is my niece so soon your'e going to be an uncle. Ruby is an old friend of my mom and Sofia is an old friend from high school." This time her perfect smile had a touch of sadness in it. I handed my side of the paper to Katelyn.

"Excuse me Theo, all you have is your brother's name with a question mark. Write your parents names and friends to sweetie." She gave me disappointed look and handed me back the paper, I then I just gave it back to her. She became frustrated at my antics and took the paper and put it back in her bag. Violet's list was almost complete when Katelyn picked it up and put it back gently.

"Know onto the cake." She said putting hands into the purse,she brought a book filled with different cake designs. Elegant and simple Violet chose with the yellow cake. We spent many hours arranging our wedding since it was a month away. Katelyn picked up her purse and smiled brightly and showed us the door.

"Have fun at your wedding!" She rang as I helped Violet into the car.

Wedding Day

Hands clasped together, I waited for my beautiful bride. Today, I was getting married to to the most beautiful person in the world. I haven't ever seen the wedding dress she picked out yet, We still haven't told the wedding guests that she's pregnant. Besides the bump was just beginning to show. The wedding music began to sound as the flower girl began coming down to aisle.

She had a nervous smile tossing the flower petals, she avoided eye-contact from the few people in the crowd. She looked about four with her small buns crooked on her head. After she scattered down the aisle she took her spot next to me. I smiled down at her but she refused to look up. I sighed sadly I hope my child isn't shy.

Everyone stood in there spot and turned around just in time to make my smile grow wider. Violet was gorgeous. Her laced dress lined with small designs of roses, fated and a slight pink. Beside her Frankie grinned ear to ear.

"You look beautiful." I beamed brightly, into Violet's turquoise eyes, which shined back the same way. I grabbed her hand and blushed slightly.
"Ever since I met you at the park, I knew we would be together forever." I added softly which made Violet blush also. Her hand gripped mine and did a nod to begin. The music started once more and me shared our vows.

"I, Theodore James Knight take Violet..." I stalled I never knew her first name, Gia, Violet mouthed laughing softly. "Gia Nash as my beautiful wedded wife. Till we never do apart in any problem, heath or love. May nothing come in our way. I Do." The words tumbled out slowly.

"I, Violet Gia Nash take Theo James Knight as my husband, to hold and care, though sick and poverty, heath or illness. I do." Tears started to form in her eyes, running down her cheeks showing happiness.

I gently put the ring on her delicate finger, With a goofy smile we where together bounded with love. We both smiled while kissing lightly. I walked down the aisle arm in arm with Violet. Inside family members congratulated me patting me on the back, not knowing about my past. I just grinned and nodded to their remarks.

Violet came up to me with the young flower girl clinging to her dress eyes looking towards the floor.

"Boo, Say hello to the new Uncle Theo." Violet said patting her back. This was the small niece, Nicole. Violet been talking about all the time. The little girl whimpered softly before burring her face into Violet's dress.

"Vi Vi." She whimpered more, tugging on Violet's arm. About to cry from all the people I scooped her up and eyed her.

"Hm... Nicole. How about I give you a tickle!" I said bringing my arms to her sides and started tickling.

"No No! Teddy! Teddy! She cried loudly laughing.Her arms wrapped around my head giving me a hug. I mouthed to Violet about the nicknames, Violet shrugged her shoulders. Nicole brought the laughter to a stop when Frankie whisked her away for us alone time.

It was time for out wedding dance, I got all cold chills down my back. I had two left feet, My mom always told me. Violet saw my nervousness and mouthed I'll Guide You.
